Another job isn’t always the right move.

Career transition creates pressure to act quickly. Update the résumé. Apply to more jobs. Meet more people. Keep moving. But activity without clarity can lead you straight into another role that does not fit.

Before deciding what comes next, The Clarity Project helps you understand who you are, what kind of work gives you energy, where you are most likely to thrive, and how to build a focused search for the right opportunity.

  • You recently lost your job.
  • You are considering a career change.
  • You are applying without clear direction.
  • You want a role that fits better.

Search with greater precision.

Most job searches begin with openings. The Clarity Project begins with fit — building a broad target market, narrowing it deliberately, and investing your time where the fit is strongest.

From exhausted to energized.

Career transition may still be difficult. The goal is not to pretend otherwise. The goal is to replace chaos with direction, scattered activity with strategy, and uncertainty about what to do next with a process you know how to work.

EVOLVELearn, adjust, and keep moving.

Built from lived experience, not theory alone.

The Clarity Project began with a question Jeff Radichel had to answer personally: How do you find the right next opportunity when simply finding another job is not enough?

Jeff has experienced career transition through both unexpected job loss and the difficult decision to leave an environment that was not the right fit. Those experiences changed the question from “How do I find another job?” to “How do I understand where I actually fit — and then find it deliberately?”

That journey became the foundation for The Clarity Project: understand yourself first, define the right target, work a disciplined search process, and continue learning and adjusting along the way.
