Overview
Phase 3 is where participants learn to sustain their job search with discipline and confidence. Building directly on the self-knowledge from Phase 1 and the strategy and pipeline built in Phase 2, Phase 3 helps participants read their own results honestly, make deliberate adjustments, and keep moving forward — even when the process is slow or uncertain.
This phase is not about doing more. It is about doing better — evaluating what is working, adjusting what is not, and building the habits and accountability structures that carry participants forward beyond the program.
